Sabudana Khichadi

Ingredients:

    • Sabudana(Sago) 1 cup
    • Water 2 cup
    • Fortune Sunflower Oil 2 Tbsp
    • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    • Green chillies 2 chopped
    • Curry leaves
    • Potatoes 1 small cubes
    • Peanuts 1/4 cup
    • Crushed peanut powder 2 Tbsp
    • Salt
    • Lemon juice
    • Coriander leaves

Instructions:

    • Wash & soak the Sabudana for at least 2-3 hours.
    • Heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin, green chillies & curry leaves. Sauté for a min.
    • Add cubed potatoes (u can use boiled too). Mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-6 mins.
    • Add peanuts & sauté for a min.
    • Add the soaked Sabudana & mix everything well.
    • Finally, add salt, lemon juice & coriander leaves.
      Cover & cook for 10 mins. Serve!
