Instructions:
In a pan heat oil,add cumin seeds,hing,coriander seeds & fennel seeds & sauté for a min. Add onions,green chillies & ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 mins (do not brown the onions). Add the remaining spice powders & cook for 5 mins. Finally add Besan & mix well. Keep aside until cooled down.
Now from the dough,pinch a small lemon sized ball and flatten it, scoop 1 tbsp of prepared pyaaz stuffing and place in the centre. Get the edges together and form a bundle. Close the top by pressing and flattening. Gently press the edges and flatten to form a poori size. Fry in hot oil until crisp & golden! Serve with tamarind chutney 😍
