fortune fried rice Recipe

Ingredients

    Soaking Rice

    • Water (for soaking)
    • Fortune Biryani Special Rice (1 cup)
    • Salt (To taste)

    • Soaked rice
    • Fortune Sunlite Sunflower oil (2 tbsp)
    • Garlic (1 tsp)
    • Ginger (1 tsp)
    • French beans (2 tbsp)
    • Carrots (2 tbsp)
    • Red bell pepper (2 tbsp)
    • Yellow bell pepper (2 tbsp)
    • Green capsicum (2 tbsp)
    • Cooked rice (2 cups)
    • Soy sauce (2 tsp)
    • Vinegar (1 tsp)
    • Red chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
    • Salt (To taste)
    • Spring greens (1 tbsp)

method

    1. In a bowl add in Fortune Biryani Special Rice and Add water and soak it for 30 mins

    2. In a pan add in water and salt and bring it to a boil and add in soaked rice and cook for 8-10 mins till the rice is perfectly cooked

    3. In another pan add in Fortune Sunflower Oil , add in garlic , ginger and sauté

    4. Then add in vegetables and sauté for 2-3 mins

    5. Add in Boiled Rice and soy sauce, vinegar , red chilli sauce and salt and mix well

    6. Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot
