fortune fried rice Recipe
Ingredients
- Water (for soaking)
- Fortune Biryani Special Rice (1 cup)
- Salt (To taste)
Soaking Rice
- Soaked rice
- Fortune Sunlite Sunflower oil (2 tbsp)
- Garlic (1 tsp)
- Ginger (1 tsp)
- French beans (2 tbsp)
- Carrots (2 tbsp)
- Red bell pepper (2 tbsp)
- Yellow bell pepper (2 tbsp)
- Green capsicum (2 tbsp)
- Cooked rice (2 cups)
- Soy sauce (2 tsp)
- Vinegar (1 tsp)
- Red chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
- Salt (To taste)
- Spring greens (1 tbsp)
method
1. In a bowl add in Fortune Biryani Special Rice and Add water and soak it for 30 mins
2. In a pan add in water and salt and bring it to a boil and add in soaked rice and cook for 8-10 mins till the rice is perfectly cooked
3. In another pan add in Fortune Sunflower Oil , add in garlic , ginger and sauté
4. Then add in vegetables and sauté for 2-3 mins
5. Add in Boiled Rice and soy sauce, vinegar , red chilli sauce and salt and mix well
6. Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot
