Heat a pressure cooker and add Fortune Arhar Dal, water, salt, and turmeric powder mix well and pressure cook for 6 whistles. Keep aside.
Meanwhile take a bowl and add Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta , Besan, Carom seeds , Ginger, Green chilli, Red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, Turmeric powder ,Coriander powder, Salt, Coriander chopped, Cumin seeds and using water kneed to a soft dough.
Cover the dough with moist muslin cloth and keep it to rest for 15 mins.
After 15 mins take the dough and divide into equal portions.
Take one portion and dust flour on to it, then using a rolling pin roll into a chappati.
Heat a tawa and roast the chappati till half done on both the sides.
Repeat for another portion.
Remove the half done chappati on to a plate and keep aside.
For tempering heat ghee in a pan and add Asafoetida, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Cinnamon, Clove and saute for 1 mins.
Add whole red chilli, Ginger chopped, Green chilli chopped, Curry Leaves, Peanuts and saute for 2-3 mins.
Add tomatoes, Salt, Red chilli powder, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, mix well and sauté for 3-4 mins.
Meanwhile open the pressure cooker and whisk the dal well.
