1. In a mixing bowl combine, Sabudana, potato, peanuts, cumin, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, salt, sugar, coriander leaves and mix well till everything come together.
2. Divide it into equal size ball. Flatten each ball using the palm of hand.
3. Deep fry it into hot oil till it turns golden brown in colour from both the side.
4. Serve hot with chutney.
