fortune atta ladoo
- Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta (2 cups)
- Ghee (1 & 1/2 cup )
- Powdered Sugar (1 & 1/2 cup )
- Cashewnut (1/4 cup)
- Green Cardamom Powder (1 tsp)
1. Take Fortune Chakki fresh atta in a kadai add ghee and keep stirring.
2. Cook the mixture on slow flame stirring constantly till the the mixture change it colour to golden brown.
3. Switch off the flame and cool down the mixture a bit.
4. Add powdered sugar, nuts and cardamom powder. Mix well till everything come together.
5. Now start shaping it into laddu.
6. Once done store it into air-tight jar.
