Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Health Aaj Se initiative and the #HealthAajSe Challenge are open to residents of India only. Participants must have a valid email ID and mobile number to receive their personalised diet plan.


2. Participation
   Users must fill out the form on the Fortune Xpert landing page to receive their personalised diet plan. All information must be accurate and complete. By submitting details, participants consent to receiving emails, WhatsApp messages, and updates related to the initiative and other marketing communications from Fortune Foods.


3. Diet Plan Delivery
   Diet plans are generic wellness guidance and not medical advice. Participants with medical conditions must consult a doctor before following any diet or fitness routine. Weekly personalised plans will be shared over four weeks via WhatsApp.


4. #HealthAajSe Challenge
   To enter the contest, participants must post their reset meal or routine on Instagram, tag @FortuneXpert, and use #HealthAajSe. Only public profiles will be considered. Entries must be original. Multiple entries allowed, but only one win per participant.


5. Selection & Prizes
   Winners will be selected by Fortune Xpert and the nutritionist partner based on creativity and alignment with the campaign. Prizes include running shoes, one-on-one nutritionist consultation, gym memberships and smartwatches. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


6. Content Usage Rights
   By participating, users grant Fortune Xpert the right to repost, share, or feature their content on brand-owned digital platforms for marketing without additional compensation.


7. Privacy & Data Use
   Personal information collected will only be used for communication related to the initiative, stored securely and not shared with third parties. Participants can request data deletion by contacting the brand team.


8. Disclaimers
   Fortune Xpert oils support heart health and balanced nutrition but do not claim to cure medical conditions. Diet plans are general wellness guidance and not prescriptive clinical advice. Consult physicians before starting. Brand is not responsible for injury, health issue, or loss from following the plans or participating in the challenge.


9. Rights & Modifications
   Fortune Xpert reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the campaign at any time. Any changes will be updated on the landing page or official social channels.


10. Agreement
    Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
