I really like Assamese , Chinese, Continental food & my favourite part of cooking is Blanching, Garnishing, Baking.

I also enjoy Consistency, Presentation, Spice levels.

In a 5-min cookout challenge, I would cook up Raita with left over shredded meat.

If I meet my favourite celeb, I would make Lemon Souffle.
