Burgers served protein filled, fast, yummy, and with lots of soya love!

Soya Burger

Ingredients
  • Fortune Soya Granules (½ cup)
  • Boiled potatoes (1 cup)
  • Chopped onion (1 tbsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (½ tsp)
  • Grated paneer (¼ cup)
  • Fortune Rice Bran Health oil (1 tsp)
  • Water
Method

●    In a bowl, pour hot water and Fortune Soya Granules
●    Soak it for 15 minutes and drain excess water
●    In a separate bowl, add boiled potatoes, chopped onion, salt and black pepper. Mix this well.
●    Top up the mixture with grated paneer and mix this well.
●    Make a shape of the tikki and coat it well.  
●    Add Fortune Rice Bran Health oil and shallow fry the tikki.
●    Coat the burger bun with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
●    Layer it with lettuce
●    Fill the bun with tikki and place a tomato slice, onion slice and cheese slice above it.

Serve!
