Making pooris with the right crispiness!

With Home Chefs going from good to great and constantly trying their hand at our techniques, we were overwhelmed with their skills and more so by their enthusiasm. But, one Home Chef who managed to grab eyeballs in the Fortune Kitchen and whose kitchen accomplishments left us wanting for more is Gauri Bhatia!
