  1. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Participants must be residents of India and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the games at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. By participating, players agree that these games are for recreational purposes only and do not constitute gambling under applicable Indian laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Any misuse of the platform or attempt to convert the activity into a betting\/wagering practice will lead to disqualification and possible legal action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Decision of the winner shall be final by AWL committee and no dispute shall be raised for this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The festive games hosted on the platform are games of skill. While the degree of skill may vary across different games, the outcome depends predominantly on the player\u2019s knowledge, memory, reflexes, dexterity, and understanding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Under Indian law, a game of skill is one where the element of skill predominates over the element of chance, even though chance may not be completely eliminated.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Accordingly, the festive games hosted by AWL Agri Business Limited are designed to ensure that:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Every participant is provided with an identical environment for fair play, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The outcome is determined by the player\u2019s skill and performance, not by chance or luck.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. AWL may conduct promotional activities, including but not limited to festive contests, challenges, consolation prizes, rewards, deals, or level-based redemptions. Each activity may have additional rules or terms, which will be notified to participants separately and shall form part of these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Participants may be classified into different levels or progress tiers based on their activity, such as the number of games played, performance, completion of challenges, or other engagement criteria. These levels are intended purely for fun, engagement, and progression tracking. Levels have no monetary value and do not constitute currency, property, or transferable rights of any kind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. AWL reserves the right to determine:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. The format and structure of any contest or challenge,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. The nature of prizes, gifts, rewards, or deals,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. The process for selection of winners, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. The manner of disbursement of rewards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. AWL makes no assurance and assumes no liability with respect to the quality, availability, or logistics of third-party products, vouchers, or deals offered as rewards. Any claims regarding the same shall be addressed directly with the respective third-party provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. By participating in the festive games, you consent to receive communications from AWL, including announcements, administrative messages, or promotional content, through SMS, email, or other media, in accordance with AWL\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Users acknowledge that all copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, brand features, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the AWL platform, contests, levels, deals, (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d) are owned by or licensed to AWL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Without limiting AWL\u2019 rights in and to the Services, you expressly authorize AWL to use your name, username, likeness, profile image, player level, leaderboard position, and details of your winnings\/rewards, as may be required for (i) providing the Services, (ii) showcasing on the platform, (iii) marketing and promotional campaigns (including digital, print, or social media), and (iv) any brand activity of AWL or its affiliates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Users must not copy, distribute, make available to the public, or create derivative works from any content, assets, game designs, or features made available on the platform, unless expressly permitted by AWL. AWL respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          6. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services remain the exclusive property of AWL and\/or its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms grants Users the right to use the AWL name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features without prior written consent from AWL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          7. These terms govern participation in all promotional activities, offers, bonuses, or contests (\u201cPromotions\u201d) offered on the Platform. Participation in a Promotion also requires compliance with the Platform\u2019s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          8. Promotions are open only to registered users located in India. Participation by proxy or multiple account registrations to claim a Promotion is strictly prohibited. The Platform may require users to verify their account details (including mobile number\/email ID\/KYC) to claim a Promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          9. Participation in Promotions is voluntary. Participating in one Promotion does not guarantee eligibility for others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          10. The Platform reserves the right to disqualify any user from a Promotion in case of fraud, multiple accounts, illegal\/unlawful activity, or breach of terms. The Platform may withhold or forfeit any bonus, free-entry, or prize if it reasonably believes that a user has violated the rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          11. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or contests running simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          12. The Platform\u2019s decision regarding the Promotions, eligibility, and distribution of benefits will be final and binding. No correspondence or objections will be entertained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          13. No person, whether an employee of AWL or otherwise associated with the development, maintenance, or operation of the Services, shall be eligible to participate in any Contest, Deal, or Level-based activity on the Platform if such participation could in any manner alter, manipulate, or unfairly influence the outcome or performance in such activity. Any exception to this restriction shall require the prior written approval of AWL, and will be subject to such terms and conditions as AWL may prescribe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          14. The Services are provided on an \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Platform disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          15. AWL makes no warranty regarding:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Protection against loss of data, system damage, or unauthorized access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Suitability of the Services to meet Users\u2019 expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation), whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, arising from use of the Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Users are solely responsible for their actions on the Platform. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. Violation of these Terms,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Illegal or fraudulent use of the Services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Misrepresentation of personal details, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. Participation in any contests\/games in breach of applicable laws.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain valid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable state-wise restrictions, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
