What goes into making Soya Stir-Fry?

  • 1 Cup Soya Chunks 
  • 1 Glass Water
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger (Grated)
  • 2-3 Cloves of Garlic (Grated)
  • 1 Tbsp Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 1 Onion (Diced)
  • 1 Cup Baby Corn (Chopped) 
  • ½ Cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce 
  • 2 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce 
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds 
  • Spring Green Onion (Garnish)

How to make Soya Stir Fry?

Boil water in a pot with salt. Add the soya chunks to the boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Transfer the chunks to a bowl of room temperature water and then squeeze out the excess water for the chunks. 

Heat olive oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Saute until fragrant. 

Add all the vegetables to the pan along with the prepared Soya Chunks. 

Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, black pepper powder and salt as per taste. Stir this well until the vegetables are coated with the sauce mix.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on the Soya Stir-Fry for an added crunch and garnish with spring onions. 

Serve this Soya Chunks Stir-Fry hot with steaming rice!
