This Soya Pizza isn’t afraid to get creative. You can personalise it as you wish with your favourite veggies – onions, peppers, the whole crew! You can even get adventurous, like we did with the soya chunks! Cheese? It’s entirely up to you. You can top it up with gooey mozzarella, keep it light with a sprinkle of parmesan, or embrace the vegan lifestyle with dairy-free cheese alternatives.

How to make Soya Pizza?
Boil water with salt and add the mini soya chunks. Boil for 5-6 minutes.
Soak the soya chunks in room temperature water and then squeeze out the excess water.
Marinate the drained soya chunks with piri piri masala and olive oil. Coat the chunks thoroughly and evenly.
Start layering your pizza base with pasta sauce and cheese.
You can start adding your preferred pizza toppings along with the marinated mini soya chunks.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on the toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes at 140°.
Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes (you can also garnish with basil leaves as we did) and serve hot with ketchup.
