How to make Soya Paratha?

Bring water to boil in a pan and boil the soya chunks for 5-6 minutes. Soak the chunks in water and squeeze the excess water out of them. Grind the soya chunks in a blender.

Heat oil in a pan and cumin seeds and green chilli. Add in the onions and capsicum when the cumin seed starts to sputter. Add in ginger-garlic paste and saute.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Saute until the mixture smells aromatic.

Add the grounded soya chunks to the pan, along with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Cook for 2-3 minutes and set aside to cool.

In another bowl, add atta with sufficient water to knead into a dough. Make small hand sized balls of dough.

Roll out each ball and add 1 spoon of the Soya mixture to the centre. Pull the edges together and stuff the mixture into a ball.

Now, roll this dough out again carefully and fry the paratha on both sides. You can add some ghee while frying to make it crispy on the outside.

Serve the Soya Paratha hot with curd, pickle, chutney, or your favourite side dish.
