- 1 Cup Soya Chunks
- 1 Glass Water
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese (Shredded)
- Oregano
- Chilli Flakes
- Salt (To Taste)
- Black Pepper Powder
- Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- Cornflour
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil (For Frying)

How to make Soya Nuggets?
Bring water to a boil in a pot with salt. Add the soya chunks to the boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Soak the chunks in a bowl of room temperature water and then squeeze out the excess water for the chunks.
Grind the soya chunks in a blender and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add the spices to the soya chunks and mix thoroughly.
Portion the Soya Nuggets mixture and shape them into balls.
Make space in the centre and add mozzarella cheese. Shape them into your desired shape.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the Soya Nuggets until golden brown. Serve them hot with your choice of dipping sauce!
