What goes into making Soya Noodles?
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Mini Soya Chunks
- 2 Tbsp Soya Oil
- 200gms Noodles (Cooked)
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
- 1 Inch Ginger (Chopped)
- 1 Cup Cabbage
- 1 Green Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red Capsicum
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Spring Onion
- Pepper Powder (To Taste)
- Salt (To Taste)

How to make Soya Noodles?
Boil water with salt and add the soya chunks. Boil for 5-6 minutes.
Soak the chunks in cool water and then squeeze out the excess water.
Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Add in the vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
Add the red chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, pepper powder and salt to taste. Cook this for 1 minute.
Once the vegetables are slightly tender, add in the cooked soya chunks and mix thoroughly.
Add in the cooked noodles and mix well without breaking the pasta.
Toss in chopped spring onions and serve the Soya Noodles hot!
