How to make Soya Lollipop?

In a pot, bring 1 cup of water to boil with some salt. Add the Soya Chunks and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Once cooked, soak the chunks in water and squeeze the excess water out of the chunks. Transfer to a grinder and grind them into a smooth paste.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground soya chunks with the rest of the ingredients. Mix it thoroughly.

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Try rolling it in a uniform size for even cooking and insert breadsticks at one end.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot enough, carefully drop the balls into the oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they achieve a golden-brown colour on all sides.

Serve hot with tangy tomato sauce for dipping.
