What goes into making Palak Soya?
- 1 Glass Water
- 1 Cup Mini Soya Chunks
- 2 Tbsp Oil or Ghee
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ Tbsp Garam Masala
- Salt (To Taste)
- 2 Cups Spinach Puree
- 2 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste

How to make Palak Soya Masala?
Start by preparing the soya chunks. Boil water in a pan and add salt and soya chunks. Boil for 5-6 minutes.
Soak the chunks in room temperature water and then squeeze out the excess water from the chunks. Set aside for later.
In a pan, heat oil or ghee. Add in the cumin seeds, onion, and ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Stir in the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Add the spinach puree along with green chilli paste and mix well.
Add the boiled soya chunks to the pan and mix thoroughly with the spinach masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with some fresh cream and serve this Palak Soya hot with rice or phulkas!
