Soya sub with grilled vegetables
    • 20 g Fortune Soya Chunks
    • 1/2 sliced zucchini
    • 1/2 sliced green capsicum
    • 1/2 sliced yellow capsicum
    • 1 sliced carrot
    • 1/2 sliced eggplant
    • 5 g chilli flakes
    • 10 g basil pesto
    • 2 tsp Fortune Oil
    • 1 sub bread
    • Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation
    • Put oil in a grill pan.
    • Add all the vegetables and Fortune Soya Chunks.
    • Cook on medium flame; flip frequently till it gets brown.
    • Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes and reduce heat.
    • Spread basil pesto on bottom of bread; top it with warm vegetables and cover with the other half of the sub.
    Serve fresh!
