Soya pizza
Ingredients

    Sauce Ingredients  
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 2 chopped onions
    • 10 g chopped celery
    • 2 minced garlic cloves
    • 200 g chopped tomatoes
    • 20 g tomato paste
    • 10 g basil leaves
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1 small bay leaf
    • 1 tsp fennel seeds

    Sauce preparation  
    • In a large skillet, melt butter with oil.
    • Add onions, celery and garlic and sauté until soft and transparent.
    • Add tomatoes and tomato paste and stir until smooth.
    • Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 30 minutes and keep aside.
     
    Pizza Ingredients
    • 2 thin pizza crust
    • Pizza sauce
    • 10 g Julian cut capsicums
    • 10 g Julian cut onions
    • 10 g Julian cut tomatoes
    • 20 g Fortune Soya Chunks
    • 50 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Method of preparation
    • Remove the bay leaf and apply pizza sauce on the pizza base.
    • Place all the vegetables and soya chunks on it.
    • Spread cheese on it & bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Soya Pizza is ready to eat!
