Soya mutter lababdar
Ingredients
    • 50 g Fortune Soya Chunks
    • 10 g peas (Mutter)
    • 20 ml Fortune Oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 125 g (1/2 cup) grated onions
    • 125 g (1/2 cup) grated tomatoes
    • 1 tsp chilli powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin seeds
    • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
    • 50 g cream
    • Salt to taste
    • Chopped coriander for garnish
    • 1 tbsp shredded ginger
    • 1/4 cup sliced tomato
Method of preparation
     
    • First heat oil in a pan.
    • Sauté cumin seeds and chopped onions in the pan until they turn brown.
    • Now add chopped tomatoes and cook it till fat separates.
    • Add the cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and kasoori methi.
    • Stir in the Fortune Soya Chunks.
    • Cook over a low flame for 5-10 minutes.
    • Remove it from flame and pour the butter and cream over the top. Garnish with shredded ginger, chopped coriander and sliced tomatoes.

    Serve it hot with naan or paratha!
