Paneer Lababdar Recipe
    • 100gm Paneer
    • 250gm Tomato whole
    • 25gm Cashew Nut paste
    • 10gm Fried Onion paste
    • 10ml Fortune Oil
    • 2gm Whole Jeera
    • 1 Cinnamon stick
    • 2-3 no Cloves
    • 2 Cardamom (Green)
    • 1 Cardamom (Black)
    • 10gm Green Chillies
    • 10gm Ginger Garlic paste
    • 3 Resham Patti mirch
    • Salt to taste
    • 2gm Red Chilli powder
    • 2gm Dhania powder
    • 2gm Jeera powder
    • 1gm Garam masala powder
    • 2gm Kasuri methi
Method of preparation
    • Heat oil, add whole spices and temper, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
    • Add the tomato puree along the kaju magajtari in a paste form; cook out till u see bubbles on surface.
    • Add the dry powder spices.
    • Add the Paneer chunks along with cream and cook for 5 min.
    • Serve with garnish of fresh coriander leaves and grated Paneer.
