Exotic Veg Trio Soup Recipe
- 5ml Fortune Oil
- 300ml cups Clear Vegetable Stock
- 30gm Mushrooms, sliced
- 15gm Carrots, sliced
- 10 to 12 whole Spinach leaves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chillies in Vinegar
- Put the stock to boil in a large pan.
- Add the mushrooms and carrots and simmer till the vegetables are tender.
- Add the spinach leaves and salt and boil for a few more seconds.
- Adjust the seasoning and trickle the oil on top.
- Serve hot with chillies in vinegar.
