    • 15gm Moong
    • 15gm Tur
    • 10gm Chana
    • 5gm Massor
    • 5gm Urad
    • 10ml Fortune Oil
    • 2gm Whole Jeera
    • 15gm Onion
    • 1 Whole Red Chilli
    • 10gm Garlic
    • 5gm Ginger
    • 5gm Green Chilli
    • 100gm Palak
    • 2gm Turmeric
    • 2gm Degi Mirch powder
    • 2gm Dhania powder
    • 2gm Jeera powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Wedge of Lemon
Method of preparation
    • Boil all the pulses together after soaking for 2 hours.
    • In a pan heat oil and temper whole jeera with red chilli, add onions and saute till pink, add ginger garlic, green chillies, add the Palak and the powdered spices and cook.
    • Add the pulses with the boiling liquid and bring to a boil, adjust the consistency and check salt.
    • Just before serving add a dash of lemon and stir.
