Cauliflower Paneer Bhurji Recipe

    To Be Ground into a Paste
    • 3 Green Chillies
    • 4 to 6 Garlic Cloves
    • 5gm Ginger
    • 2 Cloves
    • 2 Cardamoms
    • 6 to 8 Peppercorns
    • 1tsp Cumin Seeds
    • 1tsp Chilli Powder

    Other Ingredients
    • 2tsp Fortune Oil
    • 1tsp Cumin
    • 1tsp of chopped Chilli
    • 1small finely chopped Onion
    • 250gm grated Cauliflower
    • ½tsp Turmeric powder
    • 75gm crumbled low-fat Paneer
    • Salt to taste
    • 1tbsp chopped Coriander
Method of preparation
    • In a mixer grind a paste of the masala mentioned above.
    • In a pan heat oil, add jeera and let it crackle, add green chilly chopped, onions and saute.
    • Add the ground spices and tomatoes along with salt and saute it.
    • Add the ground paste and cook out till the oil sweats out from the mixture.
    • Add the cauliflower and cook it out, add the Paneer and Stir out.
    • Finish with fresh coriander.
    • Serve with hot Rotis.
