Bharwan Bhindi Recipe
    • 150gm Bhindi (Ladies Finger)
    • 5gm Coriander seeds
    • 5-6 Garlic cloves
    • 2 Whole Red Chillis
    • 10gm Peanuts
    • 10gm Chana
    • 2gm Turmeric
    • 5gms Sesame seeds
    • 2tbsp Besan
    • 10ml Fortune Oil
    • Salt to taste
    • Lemon juice
    • Coriander
Method of preparation
    • Slit the Bhindi vertically and keep aside.
    • Roast the Coriander seeds, Garlic, whole Red Chilli, Peanuts, Chana, Turmeric & Sesame seeds.
    • Cool the masala and grind coarsely, mix the Besan.
    • Now fill the masala in the slit Bhindi.
    • In a pan heat oil, sprinkle Jeera and place the Bhindi on a low flame in a sealed vessel till the it is tender and cooked.
    • Garnish with lemon juice and coriander.
